Winell has always had a caring, helping heart. Even from a young age Winell knew she wanted to work with children. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology, Winell realized that she wanted to help children at-risk and children in foster care. Throughout her career she has worked with children of all ages and various backgrounds. Before coming to PCHAS, Winell worked as a foster care case manager and assisted families through the verification process and adoption. Winell is dedicated to helping children and families reach their full potential by providing them with the resources, training, and support they need to thrive. In her spare time, Winnell enjoys reading, traveling, and painting (you can even see some of her beautiful artwork in our Wichita Falls offices!). Contact the Wichita Falls Foster Care Office, which includes a satellite office in Graham.
